So, to play it safe, it's probably best to collect weapons and armour at 100 health. The readme file for this mod said THAT this mod can be configured through both OMOD installation and by editing the included inifile. However, when using Wrye Bash, this mod has to be loaded after the Bashed Patch. To enable the console, make sure the bAllowConsole is set to 1 in your oblivion.ini file. I'm contemplating between the options and I want to do a long play through but I'm not sure which option will be the best choice. Oblivion has a huge number of mods so you can build your own overhaul if you want. The ini file can be used to change and disable features added by this mod.

Oblivion's largest flaws, level scaling and the terrible attribute system, can both be fixed with mods. At long last, the final release of Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul 1.32 has arrived - and now 1.33 is out, too! It's an incredibly ambitious project which aims to recreate the entirety of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion in the newer game engine used by Skyrim. Beyond Skyrim guys also seem to know what they're doing, but they're taking their sweet time to release anything after Bruma.
